REFUND POLICY / RETURN

Return of a product:
If you wish to return an ordered item, please inform us about it by sending back the completed return form available HERE.
Please send back the completed form together with the returned item including proof of purchase (receipt) to the following address:

The returned item cannot bear traces of use. The item should be clean, complete and packed in its original packaging. It should have the original tags and labels.

Produkt należy odesłać w oryginalnym opakowaniu. Zamówienie prosimy odesłać do nas niezwłocznie, jednak nie później niż w terminie 14 dni od dnia, w kThe item should be sent back in its original packaging. Please send the order back to us immediately, but not later than within 14 days from the day on which you have informed us about your withdrawal from the agreement. The deadline is considered met if the goods are sent before the expiry of 14 days. The cost of returning the order is borne by the buyer.

The product will be refunded to the account number specified by the customer on the return form, at the latest within 14 days of our receipt of customer completed return form. The amount due will be refunded including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs that may arise due to the customer choosing a delivery method other than the cheapest normal delivery method offered by us). The period for withdrawal expires 14 days after the day on which the buyer has acquired possession of the goods or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the buyer
has acquired possession of the goods.

COMPLAINT

We endeavour to ensure that products sent to you are free from defects. If, however, upon receipt of the product you find that it is not as ordered: the type of product, size or technical defects, please contact the shop to determine how to handle the complaint. All complaints are dealt with within 14 working days of their receipt (complaint form).

Products in the Shop are described in detail. As a Customer, you have access to information about the fabrics and yarns they are made of (their composition, size, care methods). The care method required by a given fabric or yarn from which the garment is made is shown in the form of symbols on the tag inside the product. Additional information is contained in the description of specific products at www.sylviadara.com. Separate information on how to clean, care for and dry the product is included with the jumpers. Please read these. Care of the garment that is not in accordance with the instructions, resulting in its damage may be the basis for the non-recognition of the complaint.
